Pam specializes in residential real estate acquisition and sales. Prior to forming Atlas Properties, Pam served as the president of a national developer of residential communities and commercial properties, Beaumont Properties, Inc. Her background in construction provides her with unique expertise that her clients often find beneficial. In addition to her real estate broker's license, Pam holds a "Class A" construction supervisors license, the highest such certification.
Jim Kennel
Broker, President
Jim specializes in commercial real estate acquisition, sales and leasing.
His experience is grounded in commercial and private facility construction
general contracting for such clients as ARCO-Alaska, MacDonald Douglas,
Alcoa and Beaumont Properties. Through his companies, Atlas Properties
and Kennel and Associates, Inc., Jim has also previously served as the
leasing and operations agent for a number of these facilities. Jim's
background now serves the unique interests of tenants, owners and landlords.
Through an affiliated marketing company, DMX-direct,
both Pam and Jim often leverage their marketing efforts employing the
latest in e-commerce and other direct marketing tools.
