Pam specializes in residential real estate. Prior to forming Atlas Properties, Pam served as the president of the national developer of residential and commercial communities, Beaumont Properties, Inc. That background in design, financing, construction, sales and leasing provides Pam with great business-side expertise. Additionally her training in architectural design, interior design and the fine arts combine to deliver attractive spaces and structures. Pam can often see extraordinary potential that is not initially apparent.

Jim has broad experience commercial real estate acquisition, construction, sales and leasing. He has served as the general contractor and project manager for commercial and private facility construction for clients such as ARCO-Alaska, MacDonald Douglas, Alcoa, Trammell Crow, Sitel Group and Beaumont Properties among others.
